Open Your Eyes!
We are all explorers—whether we are in our own backyards or the far-flung dunes of Namibia. Humans are curious by nature. We are hard coded to ask questions, learn, and share our experiences.
Keep your eyes open and you will be amazed. Some days I go through life with my head down—just trying to stay focused on what needs to get done—keeping one foot in front of the other. But most days, my head is up and my eyes are open to the wonder of the world that surrounds me.
National Geographic has supported exploration around the globe for over a century—it is in our organization's DNA. Lucky for us, there is not just one kind of exploration or type of explorer. Everyone fits the explorer mold, including you! Show us what makes you wonder. What are you questioning? What's new in your world?
Post and Discuss 2-5 photos on your blog. you should create a new BLOG page for weekly assignments.
